Use this Simple Gantt Chart for Quick Project Estimates

A lot of organizations use online project management systems, like Asana. But, sometimes you want a quick and dirty, light weight Gantt chart to track small projects.

I keep a blank Gantt chart in my client's folder as a template ready to open and fill in. It allows me to do quick estimates or track tasks in a consulting project.

This is the simplest of two Excel Gantt charts available in Critical to Success. You may want to download and experiment with this simpler Gantt chart before moving to the more advanced Gantt chart which incorporates holidays and scheduling. You do not need to customize either of the Gantt charts. You can plan projects with them without modifying them.
